Kiki's "What's in the Cabinet" CrabCakes

Easy, tasty, and only using what was on hand, plus that Kiki's taste Bud Terminator magic! This is not a fancy crab cake recipe but it is one that is going to get you pretty jazzed for the flavor.
Here's what we did: 
  • 1 pound crab meat (lump)
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • 1.5 TBSP Kiki's Taste Bud Terminator ( may need more)
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • Bread Crumbs (gf or regular)
  • Flour (gf or regular)
  • 3 TBSP Egg whites
  • 2 TBSP mayo
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour (gf or regular for dusting crab cakes before frying)
  • Dash salt to taste
  • Dash pepper to taste


  • Crab, mayo, breadcrumbs, sprinkle of onion and garlic powder, Kiki's, egg whites, Worcestershire, dash of salt and pepper, in. bowl with spatula and form patties
  • In a second bowl add the flour and coat both sides of patties
  • Heat stove to high heat with 2-3 TBSP olive oil. Be sure oil is hot before dropping in cakes. 
  • Heat til cakes are golden brown on both sides, plate and serve
